How are you feeling?

 

HALT – means to bring or come to an abrupt stop.

 

Ask yourself..

Am I Hungry?

  • Stop and eat a snack or meal.

Am I Angry?

  • Manage your anger by working out, scream with the car windows rolled up, kick box, or stomp it out.

Am I Lonely?

  • Call a trusted friend, family member, pastor, or therapist.

Am I Tired?

  • Give your self permission to rest.

Perhaps, what is needed is a “revival” in your heart.

“Denial is a difficult adversary to defeat.

“The depths of “Revival” will only go as far as the truth is believed and embraced. “
