BERRIES AND YOGURT RECIPE
1 tbsp. of Blueberries
1 tbsp. of strawberries, or raspberries
1/4 c. of Kefir Yogurt (Sprouts, Whole Foods, Trader Joes or Aldi carries this)
1 tbsp. of Flax Seed
1/4 c. of Pistachio nuts (substitute your favorite nuts)
1/4 c. of Cacao Nibs (Buy at Sprouts)
Add a little of your favorite granola for extra crunch
Drizzle a little honey
