  1. Keep it simple (Don’t worry about attending every party)

 

  1. Choose to make a simple “Blessing Bag” and fill it with simple things (Examples: Aluminum foil, Toothpaste, lotion, detergent etc. things from the dollar store that only cost $1)

 

  1. Practice “self-care” (schedule a facial at your local Beauty School for $20 or taking a daily walk for at least 20 minutes)

 

  1. Decorate using items found in nature (Holly, magnolias leaves, pomegranates)

 

  1. Choose who you spend your time with wisely. (the people in your life who “support your wellbeing” and staying away from the “Grinch”.
