How Do We Practice Self-Care and Love Our Bodies?

We choose to think healthy thoughts by intentionally connecting our mind, body & spirit and stay engaged in the present moment. (1 Corinthians 2:16) We have the mind of Christ.

We choose to put healthy foods in our bodies. (1 Corinthians 3:16–17). Your body is the temple of your spirit.

We choose to look at healthy things. (Psalm 119:37) Turn away my eyes from looking at worthless things, and give me life in your ways.                               

We guard our hearts. (Proverbs 4:23) Above all else guard your heart, for it is the well=spring of life.

These are Simple Truths..
