5 Ways to Stress Less During the Christmas Holidays
- Keep it simple (Don’t worry about attending every party)
- Choose to make a simple “Blessing Bag” and fill it with simple things (Examples: Aluminum foil, Toothpaste, lotion, detergent etc. things from the dollar store that only cost $1)
- Practice “self-care” (schedule a facial at your local Beauty School for $20 or taking a daily walk for at least 20 minutes)
- Decorate using items found in nature (Holly, magnolias leaves, pomegranates)
- Choose who you spend your time with wisely. (the people in your life who “support your wellbeing” and staying away from the “Grinch”.
